We pack and dispatch all orders very quickly!
Royal Mail orders are dispatched the same day when placed before 5pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm Monday to Friday are dispatched first thing on the next working day. Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

* United Kingdom: Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is not a guaranteed next day or time definite service. Items sent by 1st Class delivery usually arrive in 1-3 working days – there are however widespread delays with Royal Mail due to Covid-19 and the related disruption which are currently out of our control. Therefore if your item has still not arrived after 10 working days, please contact us so we can assist you further. Orders over £45 in value are automatically upgraded to Priority Dispatch , free of charge.

PLEASE NOTE: From 1st January 2021, we offer DDP (delivery duty paid) services to EU customers. This means the price you see on our website is the price you pay. Our customers in EU countries will not have to pay extra import duties or taxes on import.
For clarification on the new tax arrangements following Brexit, we encourage our EU customers to check with their local customs body or tax authority for further clarification on the charges that may be incurred. This changes on a country to country basis, and will depend on the value of your order.
